Note: When parking at any of the above garages, pull an entry ticket upon arrival and bring the ticket to Navy Pier. Guests must request validation at the Navy Pier Guest Services Desk, located at the west main entrance of the Pier, to redeem the discounted parking rates outlined above.

You have 30 minutes to exit the garage after your payment is made. Lost tickets result in paying the maximum daily rate.

Navy Pier’s two on-site parking garages, West Garage and East Garage, can accommodate 1,500 vehicles.

The Pier offers complimentary electric vehicle charging stations in East and West garages.

Oversized trucks and vans are recommended to park in the East Garage with a maximum height clearance of 7’9”.

The West Garage clearance is 6’3”.

All vehicles are subject to search. Cars parked illegally on Navy Pier will be issued citations.

Navy Pier is easily accessible via public transportation, an affordable and convenient way to travel to the Pier.

The CTA provides five bus lines serving Navy Pier daily.

These are #29 State, #65 Grand, #66 Chicago, #124 Navy Pier (serving Metra lines from Millennium Station, Ogilvie, and Union Stations), and #2 Hyde Park Express (during weekday morning and evening rush hours only).

All buses are equipped with bike racks and are ADA accessible.

Rideshare users with Uber and Lyft are encouraged to use Navy Pier’s designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off areas, located at the main entrance of Navy Pier (west), Mid. Parking Circle (central) and East Parking Circle (east).

Experience Chicago in a whole new way with Divvy, Chicago’s bike share system. With 580 stations and 5,800 bikes across Chicagoland, Divvy is a fun, affordable, and convenient way to get around.

Become an Annual Member or buy a 24-Hour Pass from a Divvy station kiosk or Transit App to start. Then, find an available bike nearby, and get a ride code or a member key to unlock it. Take as many short rides as you want while your pass or membership is active. When you’re finished, return your bike to any station, and wait for the dock's green light to ensure it’s locked.

Navy Pier’s Divvy station and kiosk are located in Polk Bros Park, on the northwest corner of Streeter and Grand. 24-Hour passes can be purchased here or at any Divvy kiosk.
